Return and Refund Policy

All products carry a satisfaction guarantee limited to 30 days from the purchase date (not the date of installation or date in service).  If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the quality or presentation of the received items within that 30 day period, they must contact FIGS to arrange for a return.  Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and/or will NOT be credited.  Shipping costs are non refundable, and return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.  In some cases, we may ask that the return be shipped directly to one of our partners.  

Returned product must be received free of damage, in original, new condition and packaged consistent with the original packaging.  Products that have been installed or show signs of use may only be eligible for partial refunds.  FIGS is NOT responsible for damages during return shipping, so please pack your returns appropriately.  This assessment of the quality and condition of the returned items is at the sole discretion of FIGS. Custom orders which involve custom engineering cannot be refunded in whole.  Any refunds for custom design will be based on circumstances but non-refundable engineering costs will be assessed.

FIGS does NOT refund original shipping costs.  

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment only.  Credit will be issued within 7 days of the receipt of the authorized return.
